I've used these cups for years & all my cats, once they discover it, love it. Great for old arthritic cats, cats with no meat on their bones, cats who no longer groom themselves much and kittens. Also great for barn cats who need a cozy, safe place to snooze Some prefer it as a cup, others as a cave or even squished down once it starts wearing out. I put it in a box or even cat carrier to get cats comfortable with the carrier and then it becomes a regular bed. Tolerates being washed but will wear out faster.
