After I put the steps together, I discovered that there is no way to make the cover fit properly. And I tried hard! Several inches of unsightly plastic show at the bottom because it does not come all the way down. The cover is also loose on the form so that when the dog tries to use the steps the cover slips. My dog is afraid of the slipping cover and will not use at all.
